1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Opened or used makeup products (e.g., Alcohol Makeup, Crème Makeup, Individual Colors).
  • Intimate apparel or items that come into direct contact with the skin (e.g., Gloves, Costume & Accessories worn next to skin).
  • Discounted Items or products from the Liquidation section (as these are final sale).
  • Foam Latex injury appliances and Injury FX kits if opened or used.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM MST) with instructions and a return authorization code.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to our address at 768 Sampson Street, Denver, US 80216. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

3. Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
