Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and customs processing. We ship globally but exclude some Asian and remote regions due to logistical constraints.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If something isn’t right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used makeup products (e.g., Alcohol Makeup, Crème Makeup, Individual Colors).
  • Intimate apparel or items that contact the skin directly (e.g., Gloves, Costume & Accessories worn next to skin).
  • Discounted Items or products from the Liquidation section (final sale).
  • Opened or used Foam Latex injury appliances and Injury FX kits.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and whether you want a refund or exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM MST) with instructions and a return authorization code.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it to:

    You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for returns not due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you request an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping fees apply for the new shipment, but we offer free exchanges if the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
