Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used makeup products (Alcohol Makeup, Crème Makeup, Individual Colors)
• Intimate apparel or items that contact the skin directly (Gloves, Costume & Accessories worn next to skin)
• Discounted Items or products from the Liquidation section (final sale)
• Opened or used Foam Latex injury appliances and Injury FX kits

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and preference for refund or exchange
3. Wait for approval and return instructions (within 24-48 business hours)

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days for credit cards and 3-5 days for PayPal after we receive and inspect the returned item.
